At BlendGo™, your satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind the quality of our mini portable blenders and want you to love every blend. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right.

14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund or exchange — no hassle, no stress.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, your item must be:

  • Returned within 30 days of the delivery date
  • In its original condition (unused or gently used for evaluation)
  • In the original packaging, with all accessories included

How to Start a Return

Starting a return is easy:

  1. Email us at blendgo24h@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. We'll send you a prepaid return label within 1–2 business days
  3. Pack your BlendGo™ securely and drop it off at any carrier location
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days

Refunds

  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your refund is processed
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the amount to appear on your statement, depending on your bank

Exchanges

Want a different color or had a defective unit? We're happy to exchange your BlendGo™ at no extra cost. Just mention it when you contact us and we'll take care of everything.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your blender arrives damaged or stops working within the first 90 days, we'll replace it immediately — free of charge. Just send us a photo and your order number and we'll ship a replacement right away.

Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Items returned after the 30-day window
  • Items that show signs of misuse or physical damage caused by the customer
  • Gift cards
